Everyone in Worksop at some point visits Meadowhall. Whether its for shopping or to see a film its easy to get to.

Meadowhall is an indoor shopping centre in Sheffield. Opened in 1990. Offers 280 stores and is the sixth biggest shopping centre in the uk with a total retail area of 1,500,000 sq ft (139,355 m2). Good transport links with the M1 Junction 34 nearby, buses, trams and trains. Trains can be caught from Worksop station.

The Great Oak, Sherwood forest

Folklore has it that Robin Hood used the tree as shelter where he and his merry men slept. Its about 800-1000 years old, hollow and probably several fussed oak trees. It stands in Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve near the village of Edwinstowe.

The Jug & Glass

A 17th century picturesque Inn situated in the centre of Nether Langwith (9.5 miles from Worksop). Has a wide stream flowing right outside. A few South facing seats outside. Good food. Also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.
