John Mann voted in favour of the Digital Economy Bill

The Digital Economy Bill is intended to stimulate UK's online economy and curb online piracy. It allows lawful suspension of illegal downloads and, most Orwellian of all, it allows the state to block websites through clause 18. Think north Korea.

What was our MP John Mann thinking!? He didn't even show up for the second reading.
